Jonah is a only few weeks away from celebrating his first Christmas with us. We are looking forward to it. Last night we went to a local park that had a train ride that took us to visit Santa Claus. Jonah loved the lights and the train, and was comfortable with Santa Claus until he was left on his own.

Brief visit with Santa Claus

Not enjoying this at all!

We don't know if it's directly related to his encounter with Santa Claus or if it's just a coincidence, but he cried (wailed) for almost an hour when he went into his crib last night. Tonight when we put him down he began to cry (wail) again. Not at all typical for him. The last part of this video shows, via the baby monitor, footage of his activities (unfortunately without sound).
