Jonah turns two next month. We have his two year old check up at the end of the April and are curious to see if he is still off the charts with regard to height and weight. He's a big guy. Recently, Mommy and Jonah started going to a gym for kids. For the most part it's playtime, but during each class the kids have to go and participate in "circle time". In circle time they have to follow the teachers instructions (clapping, hands up, touch your knees, etc.). All of the kids do really well, except for Jonah. He is too excited to play and Mommy spends most of the circle time trying to get him to follow along. We expect that he'll get better the more he goes to the classes. Eventually he'll be following along with all of the other kids in class. After all, isn't conforming to what everyone else is doing what we all want from our kids?
He's not so good at participating in "circle time", but he has no problem leading.
Anything that can stay on his head is a hat.
