We recently learned that our wait for Micah could be as long as another 9 months. This would take us to June of 2011, previously we were targeting March. It is disappointing news, but we are still hoping for earlier in the year. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. We thought that having Jonah would make the waiting easier. In some cases, that is true. He keeps us busy and we are fascinated by him daily. His imagination is coming to life and his vocabulary is growing rapidly. In other ways; however, having Jonah makes it harder. Occasionally, when we get in the car or at the grocery store when he is in the shopping cart, he will point to the empty seat next to him and say "Micah sit there". Those times are tough.

Much like our waiting for Jonah, we choose to trust in Him who loves us.

Here is a clip of the video that we received back in July. Utilizing my vast technology skills trying to upload the DVD into my sweet MacBook was predictably unsuccessful, so I ended up recording the video with our camcorder. Crude, but effective.
