We left home at 8:00 PM for a flight that left Los Angeles just after midnight. It only took us 40 minutes to get there, but we wanted to do as much as possible to ensure that we didn't miss our flight. Given that we got there so early we got to sit around LAX for almost 3 hours.
We followed that up with a 12 1/2 hour flight and then spent 30 minutes in line for customs.
After clearing customs in Korea we waited another 2 hours for our driver. Add on another 2 hours for the drive to our hotel. Our first impression of Korea is that it is much like Korea Town in LA, except much larger and cleaner. It is now 11:00 AM Monday (6:00 PM Sunday in LA). We didn't sleep much and are quite tired, but in 4 hours we will get to see Jonah for the first time!
Yeah!!! We're so happy you both made it safely. Just in a few hours, you'll get to meet your boy. So, rest up and enjoy your one night stay at the swanky hotel. I checked it out. Pretty nice. Much love, the 3 Loos.
