We got to LAX at about 9:00 PM last night and upon checking in discovered that I was the lucky randomly selected recipient of the infamous TSA pat-down search. He was very thorough. My being directed into a different screening area left Lucia to go through security with Jonah, a stroller, and some luggage by herself. Not too bad if you're not taking off jackets and shoes for yourself and your child. Once we got through security, the rest of the trip here was uneventful. The plane left the ground at about midnight and we were hoping that Jonah would stay awake until 1:00 AM when the first meal was served. For almost an hour he was a broken record constantly asking "Where's my food?" After eating he slept for 4 hours. Once awake he played with toys, watched some videos and snacked. He was really easy. Not too fussy at all. After the second meal he fell asleep again for about 2 1/2 hours. When he woke up we were on our descent into Incheon. From Incheon we took an hour long bus ride to our hotel in Seoul. It is now 1:00 in the afternoon April 7th in Seoul and Jonah is in bed struggling to fall asleep. After nap, assuming he falls asleep, we're going to head out to walk around Seoul and find a place to eat. Tomorrow morning at 10:00 we are scheduled to meet Micah for the first time. We will meet with him for 60-90 minutes and then will not see him again until Tuesday.
It took him a while to get comfortable, but he finally fell asleep at 1:30 AM
